The Bois d'Amande fragrance is the work of perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur. Here, everything revolves around cedar. It is the keystone of this exceptional fragrance. The cedar used by Van Cleef & amp; Arpels comes from Virginia and gives us all the beauty of a noble wood, between gluttony and delicacy. Gradually, it becomes more powdery or almondy. At its base, it is even accompanied by vanilla musks for a more animal and suave finish. “When composing this niche fragrance, I had in mind the image of almond trees under the Italian sun,” explains the perfumer in a press release.
