Louis-Vuitton pays tribute to its heritage

By the ocean, many people admire the sunsets. The nights of the stars are an opportunity to see multiple commits illuminate the sky ... Also, it is to all these magical moments that the Louis Vuitton house wished to pay tribute in its Mille Feux fragrance.

Louis -Vuitton pays tribute to its heritage

This is not the first time that the Louis Vuitton house has entered the world of perfumery. Nevertheless, in 2012 she recruited perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud as an exclusive nose. It then took four years to develop a collection of seven fragrances. To do this, he wanted to pay tribute to the history of the Louis Vuitton brand. However, it is above all famous for its leather goods. It first made a name for itself thanks to its transport trunks ideally designed for travel. Thus, the Louis Vuitton perfumed collection takes us to the four corners of the world and depicts very different landscapes to us. Mille Feux, meanwhile, gives thanks to light. Indeed, the teaches believes that the latter contributes considerably to the wonder of a trip. However, light is not necessarily an easy thing to transcribe into a perfume. Jacques Cavallier Belletrud then looked for a color as a common thread. To guide his creativity, he visited the leather workshops of the Louis Vuitton brand. There he saw a craftsman transfiguring raw raspberry-colored skin into a luxurious bag. This then gave him the source of inspiration he was looking for and that's how the Mille Feux perfume came to life. he visited the leather workshops of the Louis Vuitton brand. Mille Feux, raspberries become light

The lively and feminine leather seen by Jacques Cavallier Belletrud in the Louis Vuitton workshops gave him the idea of associating the scent of a skin with that of raspberry. Thus, this small berry reveals here its most tangy side. It barely appears sweet and merges perfectly with the scent of leather. The set is also associated with osmanthus, a white flower that is both animal and apricot, emblematic of spring. This brings all the luminous radiance to this perfume. It becomes like the hand of the tanner working the skin to transform it into a resplendent creation. There, the iris joins this breathtaking recipe to give it a more powdery tone. Finally, as if to bring a part of nobility to the Mille Feux perfume, Louis Vuitton also added the one of the most prestigious spices in the world: saffron. The whole then becomes like a firework display. Mille Feux ends with a sort of explosive and absolutely unforgettable final bouquet.
